The rooms here are spacious and really nice. They come with a big bathroom, snacks, and a fancy Jacuzzi tub to relax in after a long day 🛁.

the atmosphere. the golf cart shuttles around the resort. the rooms were nice. the decore so beautiful!!
the Passions reteraunt had a roach on the table. they moved us to another. not sure if anything was done about the first table. this was not a Palmetto bug it was aroach. If there is one there is more!I really didnt want to eat there after seeing that.

Great hotel. We got an upgrade to a room with ocean view. Room was spacious, we were with our 1 year old daughter and she had all the space. During our stay it was very busy. Apparently we had booked a red level, so we had no problems at all with the crowds (priority at breakfast, drinks from the house). Very nice hotel! Great large pool!

Amazing architecture. The attention to details in the design said much. High end place to visit mixed with modern hip. Staff was quick to respond to request of extra towels and shampoo. Organized.
Almost too high end to relax, annoying techno music at night, not for families.

The location was perfect for parking at the beach/pool and enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. The pool was huge and had shallow coves, making it great for both kids and adults. The food truck by the pool area served delicious food and the staff provided excellent service. The Trattoria restaurant had a nice ambiance and friendly staff. The beach, though rocky, was picturesque and ideal for kids to build sandcastles. The rooms were comfortable and the lobby had a beautiful, breezy atmosphere.
I recommend this hotel.

Hotel facilities are great. Especially pool is great. You can spend a whole day. It is also very close to El Yunke and Biobay activities.
You should not expect foods in the hotel restaurants. It was actually awful. Also the hotel staff are not accustomed to Booked.net system yet and they actually charged my credit card twice ! I called them to cancel one of them afterwards but they made me wait for half an hour over the phone and their reaction was so slow..

There is not wifi in the rooms so,i had to go to the lobby many times to be connected I had to walk a very long distance back and forth everytime I was taken by surprised about it because there are cheaper and lower quality hotels that have the free wifi in the rooms
